About

I'm an Enterprise AI Strategist based in London, working across Europe. I help large organisations figure out what works between the AI demo that wowed the board and the production system that has to survive regulatory audit, integration debt, and a procurement process that pre-dates the internet.

Before this I ran manufacturing in Shenzhen, built a consumer brand in Sweden, sold fintech in London, and farmed livestock in Indiana. The thread is complex systems in unfamiliar environments - which turns out to be useful preparation for working with AI, since things seem to change every fortnight.

I write about two things. AI thinking and collaboration - the habits and thinking patterns that separate ok from good when you're working with these tools every day, and the gap between demo and deployment in enterprise AI - what actually breaks when intelligent systems meet regulated, integrated, organisationally complex environments.

Where the ideas can be made executable, I package them as files you can paste into Claude or drop into your own codebase. The point is not to use mine - the point is to write yours.

I build to test what I think I know. Voice agents for European banking. A walking app that finds routes by terrain, weather, and pubs. A monitor that watches my house plants and texts me when they're thirsty. An adaptive learning agent that teaches my children. Sales tools, data visualisers, and increasingly hardware + software systems. The building keeps the writing honest.

If you've got opinions about the writing or projects I'm keen to hear them.
